1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast fillets into tenders and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Set Up Breading Station
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well coated.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
5. Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain and Serve
