Directions for Big Mouth® Bites

1. Prepare the onions

Slice the onion into thin rings. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 10 minutes. Set aside.

2. Cook the bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into smaller pieces.

3. Form the patties

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into 4 equal portions and form into mini burger patties.

4. Cook the patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the mini burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty to melt.

5. Assemble the burgers

On each mini burger bun, place a cheese-topped patty, a few pieces of crispy bacon, and a generous spoonful of sautéed onions. Drizzle with ranch dressing before placing the top bun on.

6. Serve

Serve the Big Mouth® Bites warm with additional ranch dressing on the side if desired.
