In a bowl, mash ripe avocados and mix in lime juice, salt, and diced onions to taste. Set aside.

Prepare the Guacamole

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

Make the Burger Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Cook the Patties

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper Jack cheese on each patty and cover until melted.

Add Cheese

Spread guacamole on the bottom bun, add the cooked patty with melted cheese, top with sliced tomato, diced red onion, jalapeños, pickles, and cilantro. Drizzle with Santa Fe sauce before placing the top bun.
