Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Tenders
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Dredge the chicken tenders in the buttermilk, then coat them in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- 2
Fry the Chicken Tenders
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, frying until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Toss in Nashville Hot Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken tenders with the Nashville hot sauce until they are fully coated.
- 4
Cook the French Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking or frying until crispy.
- 5
Serve
Plate the Nashville hot chicken tenders alongside the crispy fries. Serve with house-made ranch dressing for dipping.
