Method

Preparation of Chicken

1

Cut the Chicken

Cut the chicken breasts into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

2

Season the Chicken

In a bowl, season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken.

Batter Preparation

3

Prepare the Batter

In a shallow bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined.

Breading and Frying

4

Bread the Chicken

Dip each seasoned chicken strip into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture for a second coating.

5

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

6

Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

7

Drain and Serve

Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
