Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set Up Dredging Station
Place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
3. Dredge the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip into the eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
5. Fry the Chicken
Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with honey mustard or barbecue sauce.
