1. Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breast cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Cook the Cutlets

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cutlets and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Add Sauces

Once the cutlets are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle honey mustard dressing over half of the cutlets and buffalo sauce over the other half.

4. Serve

Serve the cutlets with bleu cheese dressing on the side and garnish with celery sticks.
