Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each baby lobster tail down the center. Gently pull the meat out slightly, keeping it attached at the base.
- 2
Season the Lobster
Sprinkle the lobster meat with salt and black pepper to taste. Squeeze half of the lemon over the tails for added flavor.
- 3
Cook the Lobster Tails
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining lemon juice.
- 5
Serve
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and serve immediately with the drawn butter and chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
