Cocktail
Glass & Finish
Method
Prepare Glass
- 1
- 2
Pour the 0.5 tbs of simple syrup onto a small saucer. On a separate saucer, spread the 2 tsp of crushed peppermint candy. Rub the rim of the chilled martini glass with the syrup, then dip the rim into the crushed peppermint so it adheres evenly. Set the glass aside.
Mix Cocktail
- 3
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with the cup of ice.
- 4
Add 2 oz Tito's Vodka, 1 oz white chocolate liqueur, 1 oz heavy cream (or half-and-half), 0.5 oz crème de menthe, and 0.25 oz peppermint syrup into the shaker.
- 5
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. The goal is to thoroughly chill and slightly aerate the cream for a smooth, silky texture.
- 6
Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into the prepared chilled martini glass to remove any small ice chips and ensure a silky presentation.
Garnish & Serve
- 7
Optionally, sprinkle 1 tsp white chocolate shavings on top of the cocktail and add a small piece of crushed peppermint on the rim or floated on the surface for extra aroma and visual appeal.
- 8
Serve immediately while cold. Provide a small cocktail napkin or saucer if desired.
