Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Prepare the Salmon

Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Once done, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Flip the Salmon

While the salmon is grilling, wash and dry the mixed greens. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and cube the avocado.

Prepare the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.

Assemble the Salad

Once the salmon has rested, flake it into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad. Toss gently again to combine.

Add the Salmon

Divide the salad into serving bowls and serve immediately. Optionally, drizzle with your favorite dressing.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

While the chicken is grilling, wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Lettuce

Slice the grilled chicken into strips and add it to the bowl with the chopped lettuce. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to distribute the toppings.

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the sliced lemon and Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.

Prepare the Shrimp

Once the water is boiling, add the jumbo shrimp to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Cook the Shrimp

Immediately transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them chill for about 5 minutes, then drain.

Ice Bath

In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are blended.

Prepare Cocktail Sauce

Arrange the chilled shrimp on a platter and serve with the cocktail sauce on the side.
