Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, smoked salt, and grenada chili. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden and tender.

In a bowl, combine buttermilk and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning with smoked salt if necessary.
