Roast the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the Amish chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it begins to brown. Add the chicken breasts and sear on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to the oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Cook the Prawns
In the skillet, add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add sherry and white wine. Let it simmer and reduce for about 5 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and heavy cream, cooking until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Once the chicken is done, place it on a plate, top with the sautéed Swiss chard, prawns, and pour the cream sauce over the top. Serve hot.
