Method

Preparing the Garlic Butter

  1. 1

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Be careful not to let it brown.

  2. 2

    Add Garlic and Parsley

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic cloves and chopped fresh parsley. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Season the Butter

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preparing the Ribeye

  1. 4

    Season the Ribeye

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 230-260°C).

  3. 6

    Grill the Steak

Place the ribeye steak on the grill. For medium-rare, grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  4. 7

    Brush with Garlic Butter

During the last minute of grilling, brush the ribeye with the prepared garlic butter.

  5. 8

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
