Lasagna Assembly and Baking
- 5
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Boil Lasagna Noodles
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and the lasagna noodles. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 7
Layer the Lasagna
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom. Place 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Add another layer of meat sauce, followed by another 4 noodles. Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of meat sauce topped with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake the Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Let it Rest
Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
