Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Bread Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure an even coating.

- 7

Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
