Chicken Tenders

Dipping Sauce (Optional)

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Set up Breading Station

In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Season Flour

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the flour and mix well.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Coat Chicken Tenders

Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

  2. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

  3. 6

    Fry Chicken Tenders

Carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 7

    Drain Excess Oil

Once cooked, remove the tenders from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Serving

  1. 8

    Prepare Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and hot sauce for a simple dipping sauce, or serve your favorite dipping sauce on the side.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the crispy chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
