Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- 2
Prepare the Lettuce
While the chicken is cooking, wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 3
Slice the Chicken
After the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.
Assembly
- 4
Lay Out the Tortillas
Take a flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean surface or plate.
- 5
Add the Ingredients
Spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing on the tortilla. Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center, followed by a generous portion of sliced chicken. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- 6
Wrap It Up
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
- 7
Serve
Cut the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar Wrap!
