Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help to get the wings crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all wings are evenly coated.
Cooking
- 3
Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.
Serving
- 5
Plate the Wings
Transfer the buffalo wings to a serving platter.
- 6
Add the Dressing and Celery
Serve the buffalo wings with bleu cheese dressing on the side and arrange celery sticks around the platter for cooling contrast.
