Cut the boneless chicken breast into strips and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour to ensure a good coating.
Frying the Chicken

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken Strips
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips in the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken strips from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
