Prepare Tuna Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, red onion, dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Bread
Lay the slices of rye bread on a baking sheet.

Add Tuna Salad
Spoon an even amount of the prepared tuna salad onto each slice of rye bread.

Layer Toppings
Top each tuna salad pile with crumbled bacon, slices of tomato, and a generous mixture of shredded swiss, provolone, and cheddar jack cheeses.

Bake
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm.
