Method
Prepare Sticky Rice

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Cook the Rice
Drain the soaked rice and place it in a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth. Steam over simmering water for about 30-40 minutes or until tender.
Prepare Ginger Soy Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Stir well and set aside.
Cook Fresh Fish

Season the Fish
Season the fresh fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat the Oil
In a large wok or frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Fish
Add the fish fillets to the hot wok and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.

Add Ginger Soy Sauce
Pour the ginger soy sauce over the fish in the wok and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Stir-fry the vegetables for about 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
