Preparation of Lobster
- 1
Cook the Lobster
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are bright red and cooked through. Remove from the water and let cool.
- 2
Prepare the Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
- 3
Extract the Lobster Meat
Once the lobster tails are cool enough to handle, carefully split the shells open and remove the lobster meat. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly

Plate the Lobster
On a serving plate, arrange the lobster meat pieces in the center.
- 5
Add Caviar
Spoon the high-quality caviar evenly over the lobster meat.
- 6
Garnish with Gold Flake
Carefully place a sheet of edible gold leaf over the caviar and lobster.
- 7
Finish with Garnish
Sprinkle chopped chives and fresh parsley over the dish. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
