Shellfish Preparation

Prepare Lobster
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole lobster and cook for 8-10 minutes until the shell turns bright red. Remove from the pot, let cool, then remove the meat and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Shellfish
In the same pot, add the mussels and clams to the boiling water and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that do not open. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
Combine and Serve

Prepare Bone Marrow Toast
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Slice the baguette in half and scoop the bone marrow into the bread. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
