Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Ensure the shaved prime rib is ready to use. If using frozen hash browns, thaw them beforehand.
Cooking
- 2
Cook the Hash
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 3
Add Hash Browns
Add the hash browns to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Incorporate Prime Rib
Once the hash browns are cooked, add the shaved prime rib to the skillet. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 3-5 minutes.
- 5
Fry the Eggs
In a separate pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 3-5 minutes.
- 6
Serve
Divide the prime rib hash onto plates and top each serving with a fried egg. Serve immediately.
