Preparing the Oysters

Shucking the Oysters
Carefully shuck the fresh oysters while keeping the liquid inside the shell. Use an oyster knife and a towel for grip and safety. Place the shucked oysters on a bed of crushed ice.

Adding Margherita Ice
Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of Margherita ice onto each oyster, allowing it to melt slightly into the oyster.
Making Lime Salt

Mixing Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the sea salt, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix well until the lime juice is fully incorporated into the sea salt.

Seasoning the Oysters
Sprinkle a pinch of the lime salt mixture over each oyster, adding a burst of flavor.
Serving with Tequila

Pouring the Tequila
Pour 4 oz of Casamigos Reposado Tequila into shot glasses for serving alongside the dressed oysters.

Arrange the dressed oysters on a serving platter with lime wedges and the shot glasses of tequila. Serve immediately.
