Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix the Creamy Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Add Crab and Seasonings

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Make sure not to break up the crab meat too much.

Baking

  1. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the crab dip mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  2. 5

    Bake

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

Serving

  1. 6

    Prepare the Baguette

While the dip is baking, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices. You can toast them lightly if desired.

  2. 7

    Serve

Remove the baked crab dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the baguette slices for dipping.
