Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye Steaks

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steaks

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary on both sides.

Grilling the Steak

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450-500°F or 232-260°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Steaks

Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the steaks and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare or longer for desired doneness.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the steaks are grilling, wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 7

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 8

    Grill the Vegetables

Add the seasoned vegetables to the grill after the steaks have been cooked. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
