Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chopped fresh dill, chopped fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Lemon

Slice the lemons in half. You will use these for grilling and for serving.

  3. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 6

    Grill the Lemon

Place the lemon halves cut-side down on the grill for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with the grilled lemon halves on the side for squeezing over the salmon.
