Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Making the Cake Batter

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt over a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

Mix Eggs and Sugar
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and egg yolks until the mixture is pale and slightly thickened.

Add Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and salt into the chocolate mixture. Gently fold until just combined; do not overmix.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

Cool Slightly
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate.
Serving

Serve Warm
Serve immediately while hot, allowing the molten center to flow out when cut into. Optionally, dust with additional cocoa powder.
