Prepare the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Mix and Press
Mix until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add Sugar and Sour Cream
Gradually add the sugar and sour cream, mixing until combined.

Incorporate Vanilla and Eggs
Add the vanilla extract and then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add Flour
Sift the all-purpose flour into the mixture and mix until just combined.

Pour into Crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake the Cheesecake
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.

Cool and Refrigerate
Turn off the oven, crack the oven door, and let the cheesecake cool for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
