1

Prepare glass

If desired, chill a coupe or highball glass by filling it with ice water while you mix the drink. Alternatively, fill the serving glass with fresh ice if serving over ice.

2

Measure and pour

Into a cocktail shaker add 2 oz Bacardi Dragon Berry, 0.5 oz B'lure Flower extract (or substitute floral liqueur), 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup.

3

Add ice and shake

Add 1 cup of ice to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold and well-chilled (shaker should frost).

4

Prepare serving glass

Discard the ice water from the chilled glass if you pre-chilled, or ensure the serving glass has 1/2 cup fresh ice if serving on the rocks.

5

Strain

Double-strain the contents of the shaker into the prepared glass using a cocktail strainer and, optionally, a fine mesh strainer to remove any small ice chips and pulp for a smooth texture. For a coupe serve straight up (no ice). For a highball serve over fresh ice.

6

Garnish and finish

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and an optional mint sprig. Give the mint a light slap between your hands before placing it to release aromatics. Serve immediately.

7

Notes

Adjust simple syrup to taste if you prefer sweeter or tarter: increase to 0.75 oz for sweeter, reduce to 0.25 oz for tarter. B'lure Flower extract is a concentrated floral element—if using a sweeter floral liqueur, consider reducing simple syrup slightly. Use freshly squeezed lime juice for best flavor.
