Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they're browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place one slice of each cheese (American, Swiss, and Cheddar) on each patty, covering them with a lid to help the cheese melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, you can toast the burger buns in another pan or on a grill until lightly golden.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and pickles. Top it with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Triple-Double burgers immediately with your favorite sides.
