Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Egg Mixture

In the same skillet, add olive oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs begin to set.

  4. 4

    Add Chiles and Cheese

Once the eggs are partially cooked, add the green chiles and shredded pepperjack cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Add Bacon and Serve

Crumble the cooked bacon and fold it into the egg mixture. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
