Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove it from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, crumble the bacon.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix the cooked garlic, crumbled bacon, diced green chiles, and half of the pepperjack cheese.

  5. 5

    Stuff the Chicken

Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the green chile mixture.

  6. 6

    Bake the Chicken

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining pepperjack cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
