Method
Pulled Pork

- 2
Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the cooker and mix in the BBQ sauce. Keep warm.
BBQ Butter

Make BBQ Butter
In a small bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Cabbage Slaw

Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Fried Jalapeños

Prepare Jalapeños
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, cold water, and salt to create a batter. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry Jalapeños
Dip the sliced jalapeños into the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
