1. Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

3. Wrap and Bake
Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
4. Add Barbecue Sauce
Carefully remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them. Brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce over the ribs.
5. Finish Under Broiler
Turn on your broiler and place the ribs under it for about 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce begins to caramelize and bubble. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
