    Mix the Ingredients

In a copper mug, add the vodka and fresh lime juice. Fill the mug with ice cubes.

  2. 2

    Top with Ginger Beer

Pour the ginger beer over the vodka and lime juice mixture until the mug is full.

  3. 3

    Garnish

Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Preparing the Pulled Rib Sliders

  1. 4

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake for 3 hours until tender.

  2. 5

    Shred the Meat

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool slightly. Once cool, shred the meat using two forks, discarding the bones.

  3. 6

    Mix with BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, combine the shredded pork with BBQ sauce, mixing well to coat the meat.

  4. 7

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  5. 8

    Assemble the Sliders

Place a generous amount of the pulled rib mixture onto each slider bun. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.

  6. 9

    Serve

Serve the sliders alongside the Moscow Mules for a perfect pairing.
