Preparing the Moscow Mule

Mix the Ingredients
In a copper mug, add the vodka and fresh lime juice. Fill the mug with ice cubes.

Top with Ginger Beer
Pour the ginger beer over the vodka and lime juice mixture until the mug is full.

Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
Preparing the Pulled Rib Sliders

Cook the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake for 3 hours until tender.

Shred the Meat
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool slightly. Once cool, shred the meat using two forks, discarding the bones.

Prepare the Coleslaw
In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Sliders
Place a generous amount of the pulled rib mixture onto each slider bun. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
