Prepare the Brisket
Trim the brisket to remove excess fat and cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Season the Brisket
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture over the brisket cubes.

Smoked Ribs

Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Apply a generous layer of dry rub seasoning over the ribs.

Smoke the Ribs
Smoke the ribs for approximately 3-4 hours. After the first hour, spritz with apple cider vinegar every hour.
Smoked Wings

Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with garlic powder and salt.

Smoke the Wings
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) and smoke the wings for 1.5 hours.

Toss in Wing Sauce
After smoking, toss the wings in your choice of wing sauce and return to the smoker for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Prepare Coleslaw
Mix shredded cabbage and carrots with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Heat baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally.
