Prepare Cauliflower

Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Roast Cauliflower

Arrange on a baking sheet
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the cauliflower
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the florets are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Prepare BBQ Sauce

Mix the BBQ sauce
In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Stir until well blended.
Combine and Serve

Toss the cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven and immediately toss it with the prepared BBQ sauce in a large bowl until fully coated.
