Taco Filling
- 1
Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Add Ingredients
Stir in the minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- 3
Incorporate Vegetables
Add the chopped green onions and shredded cabbage to the skillet. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
Spicy Sauce
- 4
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spiciness to your liking by adding more Sriracha if desired.
Taco Assembly
- 5
Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- 6
Assemble the Tacos
On each tortilla, add a generous scoop of the beef filling, drizzle with the spicy sauce, and top with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
