Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, honey or maple syrup, and minced garlic. Mix well to create a marinade.

Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and toss until well coated.

Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
