Juice Preparation

1

Mixing the Juices

In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, coconut juice, and pineapple juice. Stir well until all juices are thoroughly mixed.

2

Chill the Mixture

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Pineapple Flower Preparation

3

Creating the Pineapple Flower

Take the whole pineapple and slice off the top and bottom to create flat surfaces. Stand the pineapple upright and carefully slice the skin off in a downward motion, removing all the eyes. Once peeled, make thin, even slices of the pineapple crosswise, about 1/4 inch thick.

4

Shaping the Flower

Take each slice and cut a star shape into the center using a small knife. This will create the flower shape. Arrange the slices on a plate to resemble a flower.
