Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Preparation

  1. 1

    Harvesting the Grapes

Select and harvest ripe Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah grapes from the vineyard. Ensure the grapes are free from rot and debris.

  2. 2

    Crushing the Grapes

Gently crush the harvested grapes to release the juice, ideally using a wine press or crushing machine.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Transfer the crushed grapes to a fermentation vessel. Add yeast to the grape juice and mix well. Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 2 weeks.

  4. 4

    Pressing the Wine

After fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the skins and seeds.

  5. 5

    Aging

Transfer the pressed wine into oak barrels for aging. Allow the wine to age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

  6. 6

    Bottling

After aging, filter the wine and transfer it into clean bottles. Add sulfites to preserve the wine and seal the bottles.
