COCKTAILS

Method

COCKTAILS

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Begin by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, take a lime wedge and run it around the edge of the glass, then dip the rim into a plate of salt until it is evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Tequila Blanco, 1 oz of Triple Sec, 1 oz of Fresh Lime Juice, and 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice. Ensure the shaker is sufficiently filled to chill the mixture effectively.

  4. 4

    Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

  5. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice or serve it straight up without ice, depending on your preference.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
