Prepare the Fish
Cut the fish fillets into small strips, about 1-2 inches wide.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a shallow dish, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare the Egg Wash
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs until well-blended.

Coat the Fish
Dip each fish strip into the egg wash, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Fry the Fish
Add the coated fish strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Lime Crema Preparation

Mix the Lime Crema
In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, and salt. Mix until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
