Surf & Turf Sliders Ingredients

Method

Surf & Turf Sliders Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Cakes

In a bowl, combine crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently until combined. Form into patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crab Cakes

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Chorizo Burger

In a bowl, mix the chorizo sausage with salt and pepper. Form into burger patties.

  4. 4

    Cook the Chorizo Burger

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chorizo patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Split the burger buns and layer with mixed greens, a slice of tomato, the crab cake, and the chorizo burger. Add ketchup and mustard as desired.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the fresh-cut fries according to package instructions or fry them in oil until golden and crispy. Season with salt.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the sliders hot with a side of fresh-cut fries.
