Impossible Burger Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the fresh-cut fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patties

In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil. Cook the Impossible Burger patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are heated through and have a nice crust.

  4. 4

    Toast the Brioche Buns

In the same skillet, add the brioche buns cut-side down and toast them for about 1-2 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place a cooked Impossible Burger patty, top with sliced tomato, pickled red onions, and cover with the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot alongside the fresh-cut fries.
