Whipped Burrata

Honey Balsamic Drizzle

Blistered Sweet Pepper & Tomato

Method

Whipped Burrata

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burrata

In a mixing bowl, add the burrata cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the burrata until it is creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Honey Balsamic Drizzle

  1. 3

    Make the Drizzle

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey.

  2. 4

Simmer the mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Blistered Sweet Pepper & Tomato

  1. 5

    Sauté Peppers and Tomatoes

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 6

Add the sweet mini peppers and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they blister and soften.

  3. 7

Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Plate the Burrata

Spread the whipped burrata on a serving plate.

  2. 9

    Add Vegetables

Top the burrata with the blistered sweet peppers and tomatoes.

  3. 10

Drizzle the honey balsamic over the top and serve immediately.
