1. Combine the Base Wines
In a large mixing pitcher, pour in 750 ml of Chardonnay and 750 ml of Pinot Noir. Stir gently to combine the two wines.
2. Add Flavor Enhancements
To the wine mixture, add 50 ml of elderflower liqueur, 30 ml of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
3. Muddle the Mint
In a separate small bowl, add 10 fresh mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves to release their essential oils.
4. Combine Mint with Wine
Add the muddled mint leaves to the wine mixture and stir gently to incorporate.

5. Prepare Glasses
Fill wine glasses with ice cubes to chill them while preparing the drink.

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the wine mixture into the prepared wine glasses, discarding the mint leaves.
