    Slice the jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds for a milder flavor, or leave some seeds for extra heat.

    In a cocktail shaker, add the sliced jalapeño and muddle it gently to release the oils and flavor.

Mixing the Drink

    Add the fresh lime juice, tequila, and agave syrup to the cocktail shaker with the muddled jalapeño.
